Jovak Helm is divided into four realms: Agattu Island, Ruhnu, Llancanelo Lagoon, and Dixons Settlement. Altogether, Jovak Helm has upwards of forty citizens. It has been discussed across the globe, from obscure web forums to published books. Most importantly, it is a thriving community. Jovak Helm is ruled by two Supreme Consuls who wield equal authority and power. The nation's primary goals are to promote the well-being of its citizenry, to preserve the natural environment, to protect the civil rights of all humans, and to respect the spirit of freedom.
